B2B HVAC engineering · Los Cabos, Mexico · Since 2007
Air-conditioning engineering for the most demanding projects in Los Cabos.
We design, install and service HVAC systems for hospitality, luxury residential construction, retail and institutional projects — with equipment from leading U.S. manufacturers, custom-built ductwork and maintenance contracts that protect the investment.
One accountable HVAC partner, from schematic design to project close-out.
We work with hotel developers, architecture firms, builders, property managers and commercial operators who need engineering answers before catalog quotes. Every project starts with a thermal load calculation, continues with reasoned equipment selection and ends with a long-term service relationship.

Maintenance contracts
Built for the Los Cabos climate.
HVAC equipment on the coast degrades considerably faster than inland. Our contracts turn that risk into a predictable operating cost.
Annual contracts with scheduled routines, priority corrective service, anti-corrosion treatment and technical reports for every unit. They are configured by type of facility — hotel, office, retail or residence — and include direct access to our technical staff and original parts.
Proximity to the sea accelerates corrosion of coils, fins and internal components. Modine’s synthetic coating, applied by our certified technicians, creates a permanent barrier that significantly extends equipment life in coastal environments.
We apply it on new projects as factory-grade protection and on installed equipment as scheduled corrective maintenance. A single application, with no need to remove the refrigerant.
Technical benefits
Synthetic, permanent, water-based.
Reduces pressure and temperature deltas
Extends the equipment’s operating life
Smooth surface that makes maintenance easier
High resistance to chemicals and UV light
Compatible with round-tube and aluminum micro-channel coils
Environmentally sustainable
Flexible: does not crack with thermal expansion
Applied without removing the refrigerant

Grupo Green Air is a Mexican family-owned company specializing in HVAC engineering for the B2B market in Los Cabos. Our competitive edge is not selling equipment: it is designing, supervising and sustaining systems that perform for decades in a demanding coastal climate.
The Bibo family has led the company since 2007, which means continuity in technical judgment, personal accountability for every project and a service relationship that is not broken up by corporate turnover.
We work with the industry’s leading U.S. manufacturers — Trane, Lennox, Carrier, York and Modine — complemented by global specialists such as Samsung, Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin and Soler & Palau. Ductwork, accessories and installation materials are U.S.-made, ensuring compatibility, parts availability and proven quality standards.
Four reasons to bring us onto your next project team.
01
Engineering first
Load calculations and reasoned equipment selection before any quote. That is how we avoid oversizing and unnecessary energy use.
02
U.S.-made materials
U.S.-made equipment, ductwork, accessories and consumables. Proven quality standards and available spare parts.
03
Real after-sales service
Annual contracts with scheduled routines and priority corrective service. The project is still our client five years later.
04
Local knowledge
Nearly two decades in a coastal environment give us judgment on corrosion, humidity, temperature peaks and job-site logistics in Los Cabos.
Frequently asked questions
What developers and architects ask us.
Can you handle the complete HVAC project, from engineering to commissioning?
Yes. We perform thermal load calculations, equipment selection, ductwork design, specifications, site supervision, testing and operational handover. We can also join at any intermediate phase when the architectural design is already advanced.
Which air-conditioning brands do you work with?
Our three core brands are Trane, Lennox and Samsung. We complement them with Carrier, York, Modine, Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin and Soler & Palau according to each project’s technical needs. Ductwork, grilles and accessories are mainly U.S.-made.
How do the annual maintenance contracts work?
We offer three tiers — Essential, Commercial and Critical — with twice-yearly, quarterly or monthly preventive routines. All include coil cleaning, refrigerant checks, control adjustment and a technical report. The Commercial and Critical tiers add Modine anti-corrosion treatment and priority corrective service.
Do you design and fabricate ductwork?
Yes. We fabricate rectangular and round galvanized ductwork with thermal insulation, Namm (or equivalent) grilles and diffusers, dampers and service access panels. We coordinate the design with the architect and ceiling installer to secure clearances and heights.
What is Modine anti-corrosion coating and when is it recommended?
It is a permanent, water-based synthetic coating that protects coils against marine corrosion. Recommended for any unit installed within five kilometers of the coast. Applied by certified technicians, fast-drying, with no need to remove the refrigerant. It significantly extends the equipment’s operating life.
Do you install luxury appliances?
Yes. We supply and install Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking and Miele equipment for high-end villa and residential kitchens, coordinating integration with the architectural design and the electrical, gas and ventilation trades.
Which areas do you serve?
Cabo San Lucas, San José del Cabo, the entire Los Cabos Tourist Corridor and the metropolitan area of Baja California Sur. We have also completed select projects in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.
Can you complete or correct HVAC work started by another company?
Yes, on several projects. We run an initial technical diagnosis, identify the corrections needed, execute the work and hand over with testing and formal start-up, taking warranty responsibility for everything we install.
